Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate must have hands-on field sales experience and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in field sales to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide daily reports of field activities, leads generated, and sales progress to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Experience Required: 2 to 5 years (Field Sales / Business Development – B2B)

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Business, Marketing, or related field)

Industry: Fire Protection, Manufacturing, Electronics-Electrical Equipment, Automobile, etc.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
