Business Development Manager

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Identify, map, and acquire prospective clients across diverse industries.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue by month, quarter and ensure consistent growth.
Conduct detailed research on clients' business needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve defined revenue and profitability targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize business opportunities.
Drive business growth for the assigned vertical, ensuring optimal profitability.
Support the Client Servicing team in expanding existing client relationships and agency business.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the advertising and digital marketing landscape.
Leverage insights to identify new opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience in B2B Sales, Real Estate, Agencies, or Real Estate Portals is highly desirable.
Prior experience in selling performance marketing and retainer-based services.
Strong understanding of advertising and digital marketing terminologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain and leverage an extensive professional network within the industry.
