Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new prospects and generate leads.
  • Prepare pitch presentations and personally pitch to clients to acquire new business.
  • Document project requirements and estimate the solution/services pricing and delivery timelines along with vertical heads.
  • Negotiate with clients and close leads.
  • Participate in and lead brainstorms for new business opportunities.
  • Work with the strategy team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales activity and performance reports.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements/facts/objectives, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Monitor digital and new media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current services.
  • Develop and manage media sales strategies, focusing on paid media and programmatic advertising.
  • Analyze and optimize media sales performance to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent pitch presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling integrated digital marketing services (websites, affiliate marketing services, SEO, social media, content marketing, creative, etc.).
  • Strong industry insights and ability to engage in high-level conversations.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred candidates from Digital Marketing agency.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Proven experience in media sales, particularly in paid media and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize media campaigns.
