- In Line with Top Architects, Designer and High Net Worth Individuals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Converting all Business Opportunities in Sales.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights.
- Research & analyze market & industry trends to identify business opportunities
- Generate leads and prospects through various channels such as networking, cold calls, attending industry events & other online platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
DEVELOP & EXECUTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES:
- Develop & implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives and expand market presence.
- Define sales targets, establish sales forecast & develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Create & execute sales & marketing campaigns to generate new leads & increase brand visibility.
SALES PERFORMANCE:
- Develop comprehensive proposals, presentations and pitches to win projects & new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions to alight with client needs & objectives.
- Set sales targets and closely monitor performance management on sales performance & market trends.
