PentagonX Tradepak (formerly Pentagon Marketing) is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our core team in Kochi. This role involves both office-based coordination and on-ground field sales, targeting industrial clients across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior B2B sales experience, and a proactive approach to building lasting client relationships.

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales for packaging machinery and consumables.
  • Conduct regular client visits, field sales, and on-ground lead generation.
  • Work from the Kakkanad office three days a week; conduct field visits the remaining three days.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement heads, factory managers, and business owners.
  • Deliver professional sales pitches and negotiate effectively with decision-makers.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, client proposals, and pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams for seamless operations and client servicing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with minimal supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, capital goods, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong command of English must be fluent in both written and spoken communication.
  • Confident, persuasive, and experienced in client-facing roles.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Must be highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance targets.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background (engineering, industrial) is a plus.
