We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the corporate events space.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Cevex, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and offering them creative event solutions aligned with their business goals. You'll play a key role in growing our client base and maintaining our reputation as a trusted event partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage prospective clients across industries for corporate events
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and customized proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to develop tailored event solutions
- Manage client relationships from first contact through project handover
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
What We're Looking For:
- 3–4 years of proven sales experience in the events industry, specifically in corporate and B2B events
- Strong understanding of the corporate events landscape and client expectations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and offer strategic event solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is a plus
