We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the corporate events space.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Cevex, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and offering them creative event solutions aligned with their business goals. You'll play a key role in growing our client base and maintaining our reputation as a trusted event partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients across industries for corporate events
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and customized proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to develop tailored event solutions
  • Manage client relationships from first contact through project handover
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–4 years of proven sales experience in the events industry, specifically in corporate and B2B events
  • Strong understanding of the corporate events landscape and client expectations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and offer strategic event solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is a plus
