About the Role

As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for end-to-end wedding planning and execution, right from client consultations and budgeting to venue finalization, décor planning, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget
  • Prepare presentations/walkthroughs of event plans
  • Suggest creative décor and design ideas tailored to the client's needs
  • Coordinate with venues across Kerala and major cities
  • Manage vendors, internal teams, and budget allocation
  • Ensure timely documentation of contracts, bills, and payments
  • Oversee the execution of all event components on the wedding day
  • Provide a post-event summary and manage client feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience in luxury and North Indian wedding planning
  • Strong command of English, Hindi, and Malayalam
  • Good vendor network (florists, photographers, artists, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and creative thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of cultural and religious wedding practices
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
