About the Role

Phloem Weddings is looking for a Marketing Executive with strong digital marketing expertise who can elevate our brand presence and drive client engagement. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and experienced in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest) – content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics.
  • Run and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) with performance tracking and ROI analysis.
  • Implement SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns to improve reach and conversions.
  • Coordinate styled shoots, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials – brochures, presentations, reels, short films, newsletters, and digital assets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with wedding planners, makeup artists, decorators, and venues for referrals.
  • Monitor competitors, track trends, and bring fresh, creative, and data-driven marketing ideas.
  • Support the sales and CRM team with promotional content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in weddings, events, media, or creative industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques – SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM tools, email campaigns, and automation.
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and paid promotions.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation; basic design/editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere Pro preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English – verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
