Job Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales, preferably within IT services or software development.
  • Ability to identify and engage potential customers for managed services and enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in campaign management, client engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients for Cubet's managed services and enterprise solutions.
  • Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across digital, email, and professional networking platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Manage CRM systems, follow-ups, and outreach workflows.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.

Required Skills

  • Marketing & Sales Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn-based campaigns.
  • B2B Campaigns: Experience in planning and executing lead generation activities.
  • IT Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with managed services, digital transformation solutions, and IT project lifecycles.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enterprise-level sales support.
  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools for campaign performance.
  • Exposure to automation tools for outreach and marketing workflows.
