About the Role
Our fast-growing organization is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating long-term value for companies through customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management.
This role involves meeting prospective clients, developing tailored solutions, and guiding them throughout the sales process. The position requires a self-driven, energetic, and persuasive professional who is eager to close deals, increase revenue, and contribute to the companys overall success. The role also involves travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify target industries and potential clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Promote products and services by addressing client objectives and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and expand accounts. - Prepare and deliver impactful presentations at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Manage the end-of-the-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
- Create invoices, maintain accurate sales records, and update CRM with client information.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the company.
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative approaches to boost sales.
- Attend networking events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Regularly report on sales performance and suggest process improvements.
- Work closely with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong background in lead generation and prospect management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives.
- Energetic, persuasive, and results-oriented personality.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors or masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory minimum: bachelors degree).
• Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or inside sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
