Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Customer Support role with a focus on the insurance domain, located in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting customers with insurance-related inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information on healthcare policies and processes. The individual will communicate with clients via various channels to deliver quality support, maintain accurate records of interactions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role may also require coordinating with other departments to address complex customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and handling queries.
  • Understanding of healthcare, medicine, and insurance-related practices.
  • Experience or knowledge in EMT and healthcare training is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • A proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Customer service experience in the healthcare or insurance domain is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in a related field is preferred.
