Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their concerns.
- Foundational knowledge in Healthcare and Medicine to provide accurate information and guidance.
- Experience or certification in EMT and Training is advantageous for understanding emergency scenarios and facilitating customer support efficiently.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
