Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care: Provide expert nursing care to patients, with a strong focus on post-surgical, elder, and chronic care.
• Specialized Nursing Services: Administer tracheotomy care, urinary catheterization care, wound care, injections, IV infusion, diabetic care, and other specialized treatments as required.
• Digital Data Management: Utilize digital tools and systems for patient data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, implement improvement measures, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurses with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in post-surgical care, elder care, chronic care, and a range of specialized nursing services, including tracheotomy, urinary catheterization care, wound care, injections, IV infusion, diabetic care, IV fluid, IV/IM injections. As the Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services to our patients. We provide short term Home Care service, but have comfortable nice offices with fixed coverage areas and provide best quality disposables for our patients from our end
