Position: Channel Sales Light Commercial Air Conditioning (LCAC)
Location: Ahmedabad / Thane / Pune
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales professional to manage and expand our dealer and distributor network for Cassette, Tower, and Ductable ACs. The role involves channel development, contractor engagement, technical sales support, and driving regional business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and expand dealer and channel networks.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly LCAC sales targets.
- Conduct dealer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and architects.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure smooth order execution, stock availability, and timely collections.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, reports, and sales forecasting.
Candidate Requirements:
- 510 years of experience in HVAC or Air Conditioning channel sales.
- Strong experience with Cassette, Tower, and Ductable ACs.
- Established relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
- Technical understanding of AC/HVAC systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering; MBA is preferred.
