Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Sales Manager based in Cental Pune covering Shivaji Nagar, Model Colony, Parvati, Swargate, Singhad Road & Marketyard Areas. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through channel partners by identifying opportunities, developing strong business relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing and supporting channel partners, overseeing sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline operations and deliver a high level of service. Qualifications - Experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to drive business growth. - Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving revenue targets. - Proficient in closing will added advantage. - Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
