Channel Sales Manager

Locations: Pune

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Channel Manager to expand our business presence and strengthen long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, strategic professional with a proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while working closely with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with
    4–8 years of experience in Channel Sales / Corporate / Institutional / Enterprise Sales.
  • Prior experience in
    Telecom, IT, or Office Automation – Product / Solution Sales is essentia
    l.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools.


Note: This is an on-field role requiring regular client and partner engagement.
