About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic professional experienced in channel partner management and sourcing within the real estate sector, preferably in premium or high-ticket size residential projects. The role involves developing and managing broker relationships, driving sales through the channel network, and achieving revenue targets for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants in Pune East.
  • Drive sales through effective partner engagement and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate leads and track conversion ratios through the channel network.
  • Conduct regular channel partner meets, training sessions, and site visits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Marketing, and Projects) for smooth client handling and closure.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and new launches.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience, especially for premium and high-ticket clientele.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • min 2 years of experience in real estate channel sales.
  • Proven track record in handling premium / high-ticket size properties.
  • Strong networking skills with existing broker and channel partner relationships in Pune.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
