Experience: 2-6 years (Real Estate Commercial Sourcing preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager with strong understanding of the Kothrud and adjoining West Pune micro-markets. The role involves sourcing quality residential and commercial inventory, building strong channel partner networks, and supporting the sales team with verified property options.
Key Responsibilities
- Must have residential and commercial sourcing experience across Kothrud and nearby areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local channel partners, brokers, and developers.
- Create and maintain updated sourcing trackers, property data, and reports using Excel.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in real estate sourcing (residential/commercial) preferred.
- Strong channel partner connect in and around Kothrud is a must.
- Good understanding of West Pune micro-markets.
- Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sourcing targets.
