Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business trends, and facilitating partnerships. The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research and business analysis
- Skills in sales strategy development and execution
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
