Business Manager
 to drive operations, growth, and excellence across our brand network.

Position Overview

The 
Business Manager
 will oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure the brand's strategic and financial objectives are achieved. The role calls for a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Frequent travel will be involved to manage multi-outlet operations and ensure alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage retail and operations teams to ensure peak performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
  • Monitor outlet operations to maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and design teams for coordinated execution.
  • Analyze business performance using data insights to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance, sales analysis, and budgets.

     skills for data analysis, reporting, and business tracking.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate from 
    NIFT
     preferred (B.Des, Fashion Communication, or Master's in related fields).
