Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead growth initiatives .The candidate should possess solid experience in B2B/B2C sales within building materials, architectural products, or related industries. The role involves forging strategic alliances, broadening the customer network, and boosting revenue through high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, explore, and secure new business prospects across residential, commercial, and institutional domains
  • Build and maintain strong ties with architects, builders, contractors, and real estate developers
  • Formulate and implement regional sales plans to achieve and surpass sales goals
  • Guide and supervise a small team of sales executives (if required)
  • Oversee the complete sales process from lead acquisition to negotiation and deal finalization
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and on-site evaluations throughout the Tricity region
  • Coordinate with technical, design, and installation teams for smooth project execution
  • Monitor market trends, pricing patterns, and competitor activities
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade expos, and networking events

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 2–8 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within fenestration, building materials, or interior solutions
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Sound knowledge of product specifications and construction project workflows
  • Goal-driven personality with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
  • Ready to travel locally when required
