Job Description: Business Development Manager (IT)

Company: ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun (Work from Office)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in IT industry

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, Freelancer, and 99designs.

Manage bidding processes and secure IT projects for web development, software development, and other IT services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Team Management:Lead and manage a team of developers and ensure targets are met.

Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the team for effective client acquisition and project management.

Market Research & Strategy:Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT industry.

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Client Communication:Negotiate project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with clients.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Proposal Writing & Documentation:Create detailed proposals, business plans, and presentations for prospective clients.

Ensure proper documentation of client requirements, project details, and contracts.

Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.

Provide project updates and resolve issues during the project lifecycle.Performance Reporting:Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for business development activities.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and growth strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Minimum 3+ years of experience in the IT industry with a proven track record in business development.

Hands-on experience with freelancing portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, 99designs, and others is a must.

Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, app development, software solutions, etc.

Experience in managing and mentoring a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
