Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated, results-driven
Business Development Executive
 to help grow our client base and drive revenue. You'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and craft customized VRE solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product demos, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience
     in B2B sales, SaaS, or event tech (adjust as needed).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Experience with CRM tools like 
    HubSpot or Salesforce
     is a plus.
  • Passion for virtual events, digital platforms, and emerging technology.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
