As we grow, we're looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and introduce VRE to new clients.
Role Overview
We're seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and drive revenue. You'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client needs and craft customized VRE solutions.
- Deliver impactful product demos, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or event tech (adjust as needed).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing the full sales cycle.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Passion for virtual events, digital platforms, and emerging technology.
- Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
