This role is responsible for receiving, logging, tracking and closing service requests raised on tool related to maintenance, repairs and facility related issues across all sites. The helpdesk executive servers as the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders needing facility support .Key Responsibilities:Ticket Management: Receive facility related service request via phone, email, or ticketing system. Log request on behalf of the user if required. Log requests accurately in the facility management system.Task Coordination: Assign and follow up on work orders with internal facility team to ensure timely resolution of issues.Issue Tracking: Monitor the status of all service tickets, escalates unresolved or critical issues and update requesters on progress and completionCommunication: Provide clear and professional communication with employees, facility teams.
