Job Title: Help Desk Executive

Work Location:

We are hiring a Help Desk Executive for premium residential projects — DLF Magnolia & The Aralias. The role involves managing resident queries, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring high-quality front-office operations in a luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests.
  • Log and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping service requests.
  • Maintain daily reports, visitor records, and complaint registers.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and facility teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma (preferably in Hospitality, Administration, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software preferred.
