Role & responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate Full & Final settlement inputs in line with organizational policies and payroll timelines.
- Ensure accurate computation of recoveries, leave encashment, and other terminal benefits.
- Perform data verification and reconciliation before submission to the payroll team for processing.
- Manage and resolve employee queries related to F&F, payroll discrepancies, and deductions within defined TATs.
- Liaise with internal teams such as HRBPs, Finance, and Business Operations for timely approvals and clarifications.
- Track and maintain records of processed and pending settlements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational payroll requirements.
- Identify recurring issues and work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve turnaround time.
- Support audit and reporting requirements related to F&F settlements.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory components.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines with a sense of urgency.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems such as Workday.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, F&F settlements, or HR operations (shared services background preferred).
- Exposure to large workforce environments will be an added advantage.
