Job Summary:

We're looking for talented Analysts to join our Employee Helpdesk team in Gurugram. As an Analyst, you will provide voice and email support to employees, resolving technical issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner. If you have great communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide voice and email support to employees, resolving technical issues and queries related to hardware, software, and IT systems
  • Handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy, ensuring high resolution rates and customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Document interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in employee helpdesk or technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (voice and email)
  • Ability to handle conflicts and high-pressure situations with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday (WD) or similar HR systems.
