Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for the position of Human Resources Director. The role involves overseeing the HR function, including formulating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Director will be responsible for performance management processes, supporting the organization's strategies, and contributing to a positive workplace culture through leadership and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices, processes, and organizational development
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies aligning with organizational goals
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management to foster a collaborative workplace
  • In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Laws to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Experience in managing HR in the technology industry is advantageous
