Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at JobSavior, based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Day-to-day tasks will include onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, addressing employee queries, and supporting overall HR management efforts to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and practices to ensure compliance and effective implementation
  • Experience with Employee Benefits management, including designing, administering, and enhancing benefits programs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve personnel matters effectively
  • Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is considered an advantage
