Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee lifecycle processes, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role also involves working closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.

  • Experience in Payroll, Benefits Administration, and HR Analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus)
  • Experience with HR software and systems is advantageous
