Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Hubli, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing growth strategies, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals and participating in networking events to expand business reach.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Growth Strategy, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the relevant construction related induatry like Tiles, Sanitary ware, Plywoods etc is a plus
