Role Description: Business Development & Marketing Associate (Fresher)

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Business Development & Marketing Associates. This role is perfect for recent graduates who want to start their careers in sales and marketing. You will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, lead generation, and campaign execution while building valuable skills for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (BDR Support):

  • Research and profile target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Support outbound prospecting campaigns through email and SMP campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads and pass them to the sales team.
  • Track outreach and lead activity using CRM systems.

Marketing:

  • Assist in creating content for email campaigns, social media, and presentations.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Help organize webinars, events, and online promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
