Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, leading, and executing all candidate mobilization activities to meet enrollment targets and ensure timely batch launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mobilization strategies and outreach plans.
- Lead and manage mobilizers and field staff.
- Conduct community outreach, school/college visits, and local awareness drives.
- Build relationships with community leaders, NGOs, and government bodies.
- Oversee candidate counselling, screening, and documentation.
- Track daily/weekly mobilization data and provide reports.
- Ensure all mobilization-related compliance and timely batch formation.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of mobilization/field operations experience.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Good networking and community engagement abilities.
- Ability to travel and manage field activities effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
