Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of telesales professionals to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through effective communication and motivation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team metrics such as call quality, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills to enhance their performance.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-15 years of experience in BPO sales or domestic calling with a focus on corporate sales (B2B).
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in an outbound sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the domestic process and ability to work effectively within it.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
