Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate qualified leads and appointments through outbound calling for property sales.
  • Motivate and guide team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals.
  • Monitor team performance using KPIs (calls per day, conversion rates, closures, etc.).
  • Develop call scripts and sales pitches to maximize lead conversion.
  • Ensure the team provides accurate information to clients about projects, payment plans, and offers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and improve results.
  • Handle escalated client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present results to management.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new telesales agents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 4–6 years of telesales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Proven track record in real estate telesales or property sales (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
