
Telesales -Team Lead (BPO)-Noida

Job Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate qualified leads and appointments through outbound calling for property sales.
- Motivate and guide team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals.
- Monitor team performance using KPIs (calls per day, conversion rates, closures, etc.).
- Develop call scripts and sales pitches to maximize lead conversion.
- Ensure the team provides accurate information to clients about projects, payment plans, and offers.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and improve results.
- Handle escalated client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present results to management.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new telesales agents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 4–6 years of telesales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record in real estate telesales or property sales (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
