Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound leads generated through digital platforms.
  • Explain clinic services (Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC, etc.) and address client queries effectively.
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate with the clinic's front desk and counsellor team.
  • Maintain follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM updates.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.
  • Provide accurate information while maintaining a positive and professional tone.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in telesales, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or service-based industries.
  • Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

Skills

  • Excellent communication (Hindi & basic English)
  • Convincing and empathetic approach
  • Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills
