Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, results-driven professional with a strong focus on generating and nurturing leads over the phone. This role is a critical part of our sales funnel, converting inquiries into valuable leads for our on-ground sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential high-net-worth clients from provided databases.
  • Generate and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable property options.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our luxury real estate projects with clarity and confidence.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits or meetings for the field sales team.
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline; a background in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate, banking, or insurance sector.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
