We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Conquer Planetario Real Estate Company in Noida. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling our real estate properties over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and prospect new clients through outbound calls and other channels

  • Build relationships with potential clients and understand their real estate needs

  • Present and sell our real estate properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales using our CRM software

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
