We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Conquer Planetario Real Estate Company in Noida. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling our real estate properties over the phone. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and prospect new clients through outbound calls and other channels
Build relationships with potential clients and understand their real estate needs
Present and sell our real estate properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales using our CRM software
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
