Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients via calls, understanding their business needs, and promoting our SaaS-based software products. You will play a key role in lead generation, product explanation, and client conversion over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our software solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into potential customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads promptly to drive closures.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for client onboarding.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, inside sales, or software sales (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
