Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Executives who can effectively communicate with potential students, explain airGurukul's online courses, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a convincing personality, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain course details to students and parents.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Maintain a record of daily calls and follow-up status in CRM.
  • Convert interested leads into confirmed admissions/enrollments.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information regarding course features, fees, batches, and offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and guardians.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve conversions.
  • Handle basic student queries and escalate academic issues when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (fluency in both is mandatory).
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in telesales / telecalling / customer service (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience + incentives).

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
