Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager for VITS Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and travel partners while ensuring superior customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  • Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Manage CRM database, customer engagement reports, and follow-ups.
  • Support corporate sales, membership programs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct client visits and maintain strong B2B & B2C relationships.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through personalized service.
