Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Mandatory skill) to manage and analyze customer interactions effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis (Mandatory skill) to interpret complex data and deliver actionable strategies.
  • Strong relationship building skills (Mandatory skill) to maintain and expand our client network effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential for efficiently managing customer insights and enhancing service delivery.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is necessary for tracking marketing campaigns and analyzing sales performance.
  • Competency in Zoho CRM is required for automating sales, marketing, and support functions.
  • Ability to create detailed customer journey maps to improve client satisfaction and service outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing automation is essential for streamlining marketing efforts and increasing ROI.

  • Manage and enhance customer relationships by implementing effective CRM strategies and techniques.
  • Analyze client data to develop targeted marketing initiatives that effectively address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CRM integration across all operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the customer journey by evaluating and improving CRM processes.
  • Utilize CRM software to record and track all customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Deliver training and support to staff on CRM systems to improve company-wide usage and efficiency.
  • Monitor CRM trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of industry advancements.
