Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager - Sales & Marketing located in Tiruppur. The Regional Manager will oversee daily sales and marketing activities, develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage sales teams, and maintain relationships with key clients. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with different departments to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:
This role focuses on driving sales growth within the chemical industry by managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing technical support, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, proactively identify and address their needs.

New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the chemical industry.

Sales Forecasting:
Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting processes.

Technical Support:
Provide technical support to customers, including product information, applications, and troubleshooting.
·
Sales Strategy:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
·
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
·
Reporting:
Prepare and submit sales reports, including activity summaries and performance metrics.
·
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Skills:
Strong customer relationship management, sales forecasting, technical proficiency in relevant chemical products, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM software; and ability to travel as needed.
