Regional Sales Manager(Civil)

A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a specific geographic region. Their primary goal is to drive sales growth, manage a team of sales representatives, and develop strategies to increase market share. Below are the key roles and responsibilities of an RSM:
1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Set sales goals and objectives for the region and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
2. Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and other sales team members.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team efficiency.
3. Market Analysis & Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
- Expand the company's presence within the region by identifying new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Work with the sales team to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on regional sales performance for senior management.
- Manage budgets and forecast sales revenue for the region.
6. Coordination with Other Departments
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance teams on pricing strategies and revenue planning.
7. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure the sales team follows company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Monitor adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Address any issues related to contracts, negotiations, or policy violations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Field sales: 5 years (Preferred)
