We're seeking a Senior Marketing Executive who will play a key role in expanding our client base through on-ground marketing activities and direct engagement. Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition through field marketing initiatives, meetings, and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Plan and execute outreach programs, marketing drives, and promotional activities within assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
  • Supervise and motivate junior marketing staff to meet field performance standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on marketing outcomes, client insights, and market trends.
  • Achieve individual and team targets related to client onboarding and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, client acquisition, or financial product promotion.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence in presenting financial solutions to clients across different market segments.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in financial services or investment advisory will be an added advantage.
