Sales Marketing Executive

HAGG Foods Private. Ltd.

Location: Tirupur (Base Location)

Travel Requirement: Erode, Salem, Karur, Coimbatore

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to join our expanding FMCG – Beverages division. The ideal candidate will handle Retail Sales, Primary Sales, and Secondary Sales while ensuring strong market coverage and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for primary and secondary sales.
  • Ensure continuous product availability at retail outlets and distributor points.
  • Handle distributor onboarding, coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Place timely stock orders and follow up on payments.

Retail Execution

  • Increase product visibility, placement, and display across all key outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and ensure merchandising standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stockists.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Execute brand promotion activities and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Track competitors' activities, market trends, and pricing.
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to the management team.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports (DSR).
  • Track route plans, coverage reports, and sales numbers.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and accounts team for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0-2years mandatory experience in FMCG – Beverages field.
  • Strong exposure to retail sales, market execution, and distributor handling.
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Qualification: Any Degree.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively.
  • Good communication skills and field discipline are essential.

Salary Package

₹18,000 – ₹23,000

  • Incentives
  • TA (Travel Allowance) + DA (Dearness Allowance)
