Role Overview

HAGG Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven and performance-focused Sales Marketing Executive to strengthen our rapidly growing FMCG–Beverages division.

This role involves managing Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Retail Sales, and Market Execution, ensuring strong distribution coverage and consistent product visibility across Tiruppur and surrounding markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

  • Achieve monthly targets for both primary and secondary sales.
  • Ensure uninterrupted product availability at retail outlets and distributor points.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors while monitoring their performance.
  • Place timely stock orders and ensure payment follow-ups.

Retail Execution

  • Improve product visibility, display, and placement across key outlets.
  • Conduct routine market visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stockists.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and brand presence in all covered routes.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Execute trade marketing initiatives and brand promotion activities.
  • Track competitor movements, pricing, and market trends.
  • Share customer insights and actionable market feedback with management.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit accurate Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
  • Maintain route plans, coverage reports, and sales performance sheets.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and accounts team to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–2 years of experience in FMCG Beverages (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of retail execution, distribution handling, and field operations.
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Any degree holder with strong field discipline.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across the district.
  • Good communication skills and relationship-building ability.

Salary Package

₹18,000 – ₹21,000
