About the Role

Robinbosky is a leading apparel firm specializing in men's, women's ,kids wear, etc. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive our brand presence and sales volume within the offline retail sector(Kerala and Tamilnadu). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully marketing and positioning apparel products directly to multi-brand outlets (MBOs), independent retailers, and large format offline stores.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Retail Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically targeting offline retailers and distributors across assigned territories.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to create promotional plans, schemes, and visual merchandise guidelines tailored for wholesale and retail partner channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and retailer feedback to identify new product opportunities and refine existing marketing tactics.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication of the brand's value proposition and seasonal product stories to the B2B audience (retailers).

2. Visual Merchandising & In-Store Execution

  • Develop and distribute Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, signage, hangers, and display units for retail partners.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to brand guidelines for visual merchandising and product placement in key retail partner stores.
  • Conduct store visits and audits to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable feedback to retail teams.

3. Trade Show & Event Management

  • Manage and coordinate the company's participation in regional and national trade shows, dealer meets, and industry events.
  • Develop necessary collaterals (catalogs, lookbooks, presentations) for sales meetings and trade events.
  • Plan and execute retailer-specific launch events for new collections.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a significant focus on the apparel or textile industry.
  • Sector Specific: Mandatory prior experience in marketing and promoting garments/apparel products to offline stores, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), and retailers.
  • Languages : Fluency in Tamil,Malayalam and English is a must
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, strong negotiation skills, and ability to travel extensively as required for market visits.
